You could get money from a new $4M class action settlement for TreeHouse Foods Frozen Waffles. This lawsuit is about the company deciding to take back some of its Treehouse frozen breakfast food products because they might have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
If you purchased select TreeHouse Foods Covered Products between October 18, 2024, and September 2, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a class action settlement.
- Class members with proof of purchase can receive the full purchase price for each unit of Covered Product listed on the Proof of Purchase, inclusive of all taxes.
- Class members without proof of purchase can receive the average retail price for up to two (2) Covered Products claimed per Household.
