You could get money from a new $177 million class action settlement for AT&T data breaches. This lawsuit claims that the defendant had two major data breaches. These exposed the private information of over 70 million customers. This included their Social Security numbers, call and text records, and more. Find out how to get your money before the deadline in the following text.

If you are one of 73 million former or current AT&T customers whose data was leaked in one of the two data breaches and you have suffered losses as a result, you may qualify. Are you still not sure if you meet the requirements? You can do one of two things: search the email address connected to your account or click through to the “Submit Claim” page and answer a few questions to see if you do. If you’re checking your email, look for an email from [email protected] or a letter from Kroll Settlement Administration with your class member ID.

It depends on what type of claimant you are. If your personal information was compromised in the first data breach in March, you can claim up to $5,000 for any losses you have suffered. If your personal information was compromised in the second data breach in July, you can claim up to $2,500 for any losses you have suffered. If you are in an overlap class (this means you have been affected by both breaches), you can claim up to $7,500 for any losses you have been able to prove.

Submit your claims online by 11/18/25 date.
