You could get money from a new $1M class action settlement for CVS store brand over-the-counter eye drop products. This lawsuit claims that CVS had to recall the eyedrop products after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found unsanitary conditions in a manufacturing facility. If you purchased select CVS Store Brand Over-The-Counter Eye Drop products between October 1, 2021, and October 25, 2023

Class members with proof of purchase can receive a cash award equal to sum of the actual amount paid for the product(s). Class members without proof of purchase can receive a pro rata cash payment, adjusted to reflect the Time-Discount Rate and Approximate Retail Price for each item purchased, with a cap of 3 products.

You can submit your claims online by July 11, 2025. Note: You must also provide proof of valid identification to make a claim.
