If you’ve pmade a purchase using a debit or credit card at a Safeway gas station between September 12, 2017, and February 26, 2019, and who received a receipt showing the first six and last four digits of your card number, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement. The Settlement offers a cash award of up to $16 to $36.
