If you’ve purchased qualifying Chicken of The Sea Tuna products in certain states and territories between June 1st, 2011, and July 1st, 2015, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement.
How Much Will I Receive?
The Settlement offers a cash award of approximately $10.50 for every 200 cans purchased (approximate number of cans if you purchased packaged tuna weekly during the Settlement Class Period), and payments will only be distributed if they are $5 minimum.
If you qualify, claims must be filed by August 22, 2022. Only submit truthful claims.
