GRAND PRIZE
One randomly selected potential winner will receive the grand prize (the “Grand Prize”), which will consist of the following:
Attendance by the winner and a guest of the winner at the 2021 Sports Illustrated Awards Presented by Pepsi, scheduled to start at 8:00pm EST on December 7, 2021, at the Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, Florida (the “Event”). The guest of the winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older on the day of the Event. Participation at the Event is conditioned upon execution of full releases by the guest of the winner as set forth below.
The winner and the guest of the winner will be flown economy class from, and returned to, the winner’s state of legal residence. If the winner shall be a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, however, the winner and his or her guest shall be so flown on a connecting flight originating from, and returning to, an airport in California; in that event, the winner and the guest of the winner shall be responsible for the connecting flights to and from California and the state of legal residence, as the case may be. The winner and his or her guest must follow the same flight itinerary.
The winner and the guest of the winner will be provided with: (1) one standard double room at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino Hollywood, FL for the night of the Event; (2) VIP tickets for each to the Event; (3) one Bitcoin; and (4) a meet and greet with at least one winner of a sports award at the Event.
Estimated fair market value of the Grand Prize: sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000).
