to a major gateway airport near New York City, NY; transportation between the hotel and airport in New York;
one (1) standard double-occupancy hotel room for three (3) nights; two (2) tickets to the Metropolitan Museum
of Art; two (2) tickets to The Museum of Modern Art; and $1,500.00 for winner only (awarded in the form of a
check, payable to winner). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00, depending upon winner’s point of
